Looking For 2BR1BA Apartment for Fall 2015-Spring2016

Hi, we are looking for a 2BR 1BA apartment, I already have a roommate so we are going to take both bedrooms.
Move in time is August 2015, the earlier the better, and we will be living for at least 1 year.
We need washer/dryer in the room, NOT shared.
Location does not matter too much because we both have cars, but prefer within 10 min drive to campus.
Covered parking is preferred. Budget is no more than $1000 for both bedrooms.
