I'm looking for a third roommate (male) to share a two story 3BR condo in Urbana on E Harding Dr (near Colorado & Philo). The location is close to Meijer and County Market for groceries and near the Red and Green MTD bus lines.
Rent is $350 per month and utility costs are split between roommates on top of that. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the condo is furnished (kitchen/dining, living room). The condo is quite spacious (two story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath) and has washer and dryer in unit.
The current roommates are graduate students in ECE. We're both pretty neat and try to keep the place clean.
