We are looking for a 4th roommate to a 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath apt located on 106 S. Gregory Ave. for summer 2014 year. We are only 2 blocks away from the Engineering Quad and Illini Union and with easy access to the #13 silver bus and #5 Green bus. The lease is $125/mo (for 2 months), plus 1/4th of any communal utilities (water, electricity, communal supplies, internet- total estimated $175-200 per month). All other units there are rented out and we have lower rates as we are renewing tenants. We are 2 guys, 1 girl looking for a 4th person, no preference given to gender.
