Are you looking for an apartment from January 2014 to August 2014? This place is available starting January 2014 all the way until August 5th 2014. Monthly rent is $432 with parking and $382.50 without parking, but price is negotiable, discounts may be given if you're staying from Jan to Aug 5.
The kitchen comes with stove, ventilator, fridge, sink, and cabinets. There is also a fire extinguisher.
There is a dining area with dining table and 4 chairs.
The living room has many shelves for storing belongings and food. There are two couches, one long and one small. The big couch has a new couch cover. There are two end tables with two lamps. There is also a coffee table.
There is a balcony with a sliding door.
The bedroom has dressers, a good sized closet, a chair, a bed, and a desk that has drawers.
The bathroom has two sinks, a medicine cabinet with a mirror, and a large mirror, a toilet and a shower with new shower curtains, with four shelves to put soap and shampoo.
There is wireless Comcast internet.
There is laundry in the building.
If you would like parking, there is a parking space by a tree for shade in the summer time. There is also off street parking for visitors.
